Availability:
- During the main exam periods (January, May and August) from 8:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Saturday.
- During live mid-term assessments, the Assessment Helpdesk is available Monday to Friday.
- The Helpdesk email account is only monitored during live examination periods.
