The Assessment Helpdesk is available during the main exam periods (January, May and August) from 8:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Saturday.

During live mid-term assessments, the Assessment Helpdesk is available Monday to Friday.

The Helpdesk email account is only monitored during live examination periods.
